Love Krystal, I wanted to get my lashes and brows beautiful even though I was coughing. She always makes you feel safe and comfortable. Gave me a hot drink for my throat, and when I needed to cough she didn’t make me feel bad. I just wanted to feel beautiful and that she did but on another level she took care of me and that is a rare thing these days that’s why I’ll always come here for my lashes and brows it’s not just the lashes and brows it’s the customer service where she provides more then just service, she generally cares about you. Customer service on another level she’s amazing 🤩

This is my third visit with Krystal and all three appointments have exceeded my expectations! Such a kind and thorough technician, very clean studio and very intentional with clients wants and needs. She customises the lash sets to best accentuate your eye shape and always makes sure to achieve the desired look. Super happy with the outcome and her overall service. Excellent quality fade and a tidy even trim on top. Melo relaxing atmosphere in the shop. Super stoked to have found such a great quality barber with a great shop. And just like last time the energy drink goes along way after a cool relaxing cut.

The most beautiful lash set I’ve come across. Highly recommended.

Amazing as always! I have been going to Krystal for over 8 years now and have never looked back. Super gentle when applying lashes & my eyes have never stung or reacted to a set. Lashes stay on for a good 3-4 weeks easy. The quality of lashes as well are soft that it doesn’t irritate my eyes. She is also very accommodating if you have a late booking as well :) 10000% recommend if you are looking to try lashes or if you are looking for a new lash tech Her studio is also super calming and relaxing, I always fall asleep during my lash appointment because the bed is comfy as well ☺️
