No hesitation at all, after my first appointment then straight into my prompt unscheduled hair treat. I’m more than satisfied and elated with the fantastic service and pleasant experience.

I love my visits with Smita. She’s very knowledgeable about skincare and treatments. Had a resurfacing skin treatment done with her new machine, to remove surface pigmentation. Went home with a noticeably brighter skin. Highly recommend her services.

Recently, I had a Japanese meridian face lift facial with her, and I absolutely loved it, my skin is still plump, dewy, and glowing. Even my friends have commented on how lovely my skin looks! Izumi has the most beautiful, calming energy and her Japanese-inspired space feels like you've escaped! She’s also very intuitive and shared supportive insights about what’s happening in my body, which I found so valuable. Every visit with her feels special. Highly recommend!

Neda knows how to cut thick hair. She is also an excellent colourist and beautician. I had a full face wax and eyebrow shape while waiting for my foils to set. I left feeling a million dollars.

I have been going to Izumi for years and I will never go anywhere else. She is the utmost perfectionist and I always walk away feeling like I've had a mini face lift - and that's just having my brows and lashes done! Her new clinic is beautifully Japanese themed, extremely clean and so relaxing I always fall asleep listening to soft soothing sounds, while being wrapped in warmth. Bliss.
