Emma is honestly the best! I feel bad that this is the first review I have written for her because I have been going to her for years and after every single treatment (facials, massage, nails, waxing, tints to name just a few!) I have walked out glowing and happy. Emma's professional and technical knowledge is invaluable and this in turn makes every experience tailor made and unique to your requirements. Nicole was able to fit me in to a spare appointment this afternoon. Just what I needed. Was really relaxing considering I had my son with me; who is now cutting his naps- he took a shine to Nicole too!
