Amazing customer service, soooo accommodating, friendly and a really personalised experience. An in depth consultation is given to make sure you get exactly what you want & also what will suit your eyes/ face shape. The most friendly and welcoming space with a gorgeous result. Anna is really skilled at what she does and you can tell she loves doing it too. Looooove my lashes thanks so much girlie 🩷🥺

Again another 10/10 experience. Laura is so lovely and friendly. She's a great nail technician and has a great range of colour choices. This is my 3rd set of nails and my nails have grown so quickly and are much stronger. I look forward to my next appointment.

Both Anna and Zenah are so sweet but also act like big sisters to me literally love them. Anna is so talented with her work and will always accommodate to your needs. Definitely the best lash techs in MK. PLEASE BRING THEM SNACKS THEY DESERVE IT!!

Got my waxing done by Jaspreet and very happy with the results. She is amazing, professional and friendly. Also got my full face done by Sabira and my skin feels so smooth. Highly recommend.

A Truly Amazing and Pain-Free Waxing experience at Soothe and Glow with Laura! A first-time waxing experience in the UK that was phenomenal due to Laura’s amazing work that made the entire process comfortable and very enjoyable. The Hollywood , full leg and stomach wax were all completely pain free. Laura’s expertise and gentle and caring approach were impressive, especially being the first time waxing in the UK. The results are fantastic, and the next appointment is already anticipated! Can’t recommend Laura high enough!! Alex

What really stood out to me was how much time she took to understand my skin and explain each step of the treatment in a way that actually made sense. I left not only feeling completely relaxed, but also with a much better understanding of what my skin needs and how to care for it. My face is glowing, and I can’t wait for my next visit. I came back here after a break and as before the service you get is excellent, everyone is so friendly and I always get a warm welcome when I return, I've been having my nails done by Sonila since February this year and I've been having gel polish with protein base and this has made such a difference to my nails they have grown so much and are stronger for having this protein base added as well I'm so pleased with them, I've also been having me eyes brows waxed by Jaspreet & Sabira both are very good at what they do and very knowledgeable so I'm very happy to give a 5 star rating.
