had my first brow wax and lash lift appointment with Susan today - from the moment I walked in I was greeted with a cheery face and made to feel like I’ve been there a thousand times. There was lots to talk about and no awkward silences (something I can get quite anxious about). I am so so pleased with the end results and felt like a new woman walking out - also thanks to Susan for being my hypewoman the whole time too! Overall an amazing experience and definitely won’t be my last :)

Susan is amazing! I absolutely love my powder brows and regularly get compliments and people are shocked that they are semi-permanent! Her customer service is second to none and it's joy to go for an appointment. ❤️
