Always provides such a comfortable and welcoming environment. Always has my eyebrows looking perfect and symmetrical. Very happy and clean working area with calming music and beautiful lighting. Shri was wonderful !! It's always a little daunting to have threading or waxing done, but Shri was professional, efficient and lightning fast. It was over as soon as possible and as painlessly as possible. The tinting of my eyebrows was perfect - just a natural brown and a more natural effect than the glam look that is popular. It was perfect for this Grandma and I totally appreciated it. Shri was only too happy to do exactly what I required. I didn't feel like I was a little old or out of fashion - it was all about what I wanted. Thank you Shri.

Janelle is very professional, kind and highly skilled. Her rooms are very clean and the towels are fresh and soft. I am using the Berry Remedy that Janelle makes on site and I find it goes on smooth, non greasy and my face feels increasingly revitalised, brighter and firmer.
