Lashes are good, clinician was good. To improve client experience, you could connect the consent and medical information forms to client profiles/accounts so that clients don't have to complete both forms each time! This way, spamming clients with emails and texts about these forms would could also stop. Personally, I have developed a strong feeling of annoyance whenever the business name appears in my inbox or phone. It also causes emails from Browco to become invisible and I'lI ignore promo emails. Also, add info about the clinician and treatment to the client profile so we can keep track

Great experience at City peach! The staff were friendly and professional, the salon was clean and relaxing, and I loved the results of my waxing. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Maddy was lovely. I was surprised that a lash tint didn’t include the lower lashes. I’m not sure if the brows will be dark enough once I wash my face as all you can really see is the stained skin. I appreciated the coverup as I get quite red from waxing

I booked lash extensions with Jorja whom has done an excellent job in the last 3 times i have gone there and i will continue on receiving my services with her at Charlestown. A wonderful Beauty salon that offers different services. Threading , waxing , Facials , Henna tint for brows , lashes etc and using great product like Dermalogica and other beauty products . Very professional and friendly staff !
