Absolute magic. Fab service as always. Came in the day before a big race and my heart rate on race day was the same as I aim for on my easy runs. Infra-red sauna is a game changer!

Great experience at time to float, first time floating and staff made it very comfortable and welcoming and explained everything in detail. Also use the infrared sauna and ionic foot detox which felt amazing during and after, feeling much lighter since the experience and would definitely return. Really helping my stress levels and feels like a mental and physical reset, thank you!

Fabulous as always! I was feeling broken from Jujitsu and weight training. Muscles and mind felt calmer and at ease after my session

Amazing feeling of weightlessness. So relaxed that I fell asleep until my own snoring woke me up. Will definitely be back.

Welcoming, information and customer service 10 out of 10 definately! Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't brilliant in the room getting ready for the pod. Which for me is a huge thing. It must be hard to clean with the salt water but felt it could have been better. (hense the 4 stars). You really do float and feel weightless. It wasn't really for me so won't be returning but that's just personal preference. Saying that I'm sure I'll sleep well tonight.

I would recommend a float experience to anyone. Convenient location. Would defo consider a second visit.
