I usually have decent experiences at Boa. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately today my gelish french bubbled and I didn't receive and acknowledgement, apology or offer to redo the 3 bubbled nails.

I visited Boa Beauty Bar for an acrylic manicure and gel pedicure, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment. The quality of their work was outstanding - my nails look beautiful, precisely as I wanted. Highly recommend Boa Beauty Bar to anyone looking for excellent service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. My 2nd visit whilst on holiday in Capetown. Had a gel soak off & manicure this time. Aqeelah was great. Nothing was rushed . Very relaxing environment. Very pleased with overall experience & nails looked perfect. Will definitely return when I'm next in Capetown.

As always, I am thoroughly impressed with my regulat nail gel treatment! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Colleen, the nail technician is highly skilled, paying attention to every detail and ensuring my nails were perfect. The quality of the gel was excellent – durable, glossy, and beautifully applied. The entire team are professional and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. I always leave the salon feeling pampered and extremely satisfied with the results. Booked the mother/daughter bff deal. Colleen and Melody helped us and were friendly. Our gel nails came out well. It would have been nice to know up front that a nail design wouldn’t be possible. My mom couldn’t even do an ombre (or pay extra for it), because the staff member wasn’t in-house at that point. There were at least 7 technicians there and none of them could do an ombre? Suggestion to change the music - not everyone likes afrobeat and seeming that it is a nail salon for relaxation, some calmer music would do the atmosphere justice.

Everyone is super friendly and they know what they are doing. I’m am very happy with how my nails look like. The only thing: the back of my nails weren’t properly cleaned off. There are rests of glue and gel.

Fazlin and Jamie are excellent branch managers who ensure clients are well taken care of. Colleen is my beautician and she is highly qualified in various forms of polygel and acrylic nail work and I go to her repeatedly because I trust her with my nails. The prices are quite reasonable and it is such a refreshing experience.

Fadzai and Petronella took care of my acrylic set and gel on toes. The ladies are so undeniably good at what they do! I’m very happy with the nails. I was left concerned regarding the fact that I was not offered anything to drink and yet the lady that came in after me was. I do not want to speculate too much on the reason, but please do pay attention to that.

It's always a treat getting my nails done at Urban Crush. Today I tried Cat's Eyes Gel Polish, and it is Fabulous! Thank you Junior for giving me the courage.

Did my nails for the first time in over a year and it was such a treat. The staff was so attentive and made sure that I was comfortable. Paige, my nail tech, was incredible. 10/10 recommend for great quality nails and a great yap session.

Quick and efficient, knowledgeable staff. Rubber base gel was the best product I have ever used on my nails. They were not weakened by the time i removed the gel.

Great had a glass of bubbly chatted with another customer while relaxing having my nails done with rubber gel by a fantastic nail technician. Prices very affordable😀😀
