Preeti does a wonderful job! Satisfied with my. Nails 😀 However my experience was constantly interrupted by customers coming in. I appreciate that it was the manager doing my nails and the manager needing to sort these issues, but perhaps another staff member is required in mornings to manage the desk? While I was there, another customer who had visited the week before returned with a builder gel nail that had come off and this wasn’t replaced free of charge. Preeti acknowledged that the person was a regular- however they still needed to pay. Where is the incentive for loyal customers?

Somali was super friendly and customer focused . She checked I waa happy with the shape before continuing. We had genuine warm conversations which Alison included the woman seated next to me. My nails look amazing. Colour 298… the colour reminds me of candy floss!!
