Love the new Naked Botanica products and experience. Chipo takes great care of me as always. My hands get quite a lot of wear and tear at the gym, they can also be quite inflamed and sore with eczema but she always makes them look polished and pretty. I really love the builder gel as it holds up for 4 weeks and I only get them redone because the nails get too long! This new product range and branding has made it way more affordable to treat my hands and helps me still feel put together with less maintenance.

I had a disappointing first visit as my ombré French nails didn’t turn out as expected. However, the salon went above and beyond to make things right and offered to rectify them. This time around, my nails are absolutely perfect — exactly what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier! I really appreciate the effort they put into ensuring I left satisfied.
