11/10 went as a treat for our anniversary and they treated us like royalty. We were pampered and well taken care of by all the staff. We ran into the receptionist at the next store, she cared enough to say hi and ask us if we enjoyed our time! Speaks volumes about the establishment the employees care even outside the store. I had an absolutely wonderful experience.The decor is stunning, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. I had a deep tissue massage with Sribin and it was without a doubt the best massage I've ever had. Sribin's technique was masterful, he worked out every knot and tension point with precision. The massage was so incredibly effective that it left me feeling completely rejuvenated as if it had rearranged my entire being. Additionally, the wax and facial by Kristal was exceptional. She was thorough and took the time to address all my concerns leaving my skin feeling refreshed and clean. 10/10
