Wow wow wow, took me till now to be lucky enough to find the most incredible nail expert in Norwich. Izzy SAVED my clumpy built up sad biab nails from a previous place, and took so so much time and care to keep them long and strong, with a russian mani and hard gel, to transform them to the most perfect nails I’ve ever had. I didn’t know they could ever look this good, and I’ve been having my nails done for 15 years! Izzy is also an absolute sweetheart and I had the best time being there with her, which for me is super important and lovely 🫶🩷

Excellent as usual,Gemma relieved stiffness in my shoulders and neck caused by gardening and also diagnosised problem with my fingernails before trimming them and applying lovely gel polish x

As always, I come away feeling rejuvenated, as if I've had a reset and confidence boost. Aside from getting beautiful nails (French manicure this time) and my brows perfectly shaped and tinted, I feel relaxed and calm. Sarah is so kind, friendly and professional; she makes you feel comfortable and at ease and is always keen to work with you to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. I'm so glad I found her!

I had a French biab gel done on my nails today and am so in love! They look amazing - the care and attention taken on each finger was second to non. Communication from the first message has been great, a welcoming message the day before to remind, ease with all my questions as a first time biab gal. Extremely clean and professional environment with a very luxury feel. Highly recommend and can’t stop staring at my nails! Have rebooked in for the rest of the year as so impressed! Thank you so much

Excellent, great treatments a very relaxing facial which left my skin soft and glowing , followed by removal and applying gel nails and a neck and shoulder massage ,left feeling very relaxed and happy ,thank you Gemma it was a long appointment you remained cheerful while working xx
