I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! Thanks Level staff and especially CiCi 💯🌟

Shannon was lovely, very pleasant to chat to and completed my eyebrow tint/wax extremely quickly which I really appreciated in the heat! She did a lovely job of my eyebrows, I’m very happy with them, thank you ☺️

Wish they would install shower caddies in the shower cubicles . You end up putting your shampoo / shower gel bottles / sponge etc on the shower floor . Not hygienic !!

Wonderful massage I felt very cared for. The changing rooms and showers were a little out dated it would have been nice to have had some complimentary shower gel and shampoo
