I genuinely look forward to my appointments with pip. She's so delightful. The nails she does are fantastic, they last and they're beautiful. She puts extra care an attention to make sure you leave happy with the exact look you've asked for/wanted. The highest quality customer service. Lovely and friendly and relaxed. Very gentle and considerate. My gel nails look lovely and feel great. My nails were brittle and broke easily so it is wonderful to not have that worry as the gel is strengthening them as they grow - which is exactly what I want.
