Had a manicure done and the lady who done it was so friendly and welcoming lovely to speak to and so kind. Everyone who worked there was chatty and friendly. 100% will be my regular place to go from now on

It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

Love the Knott, everyone is so friendly. I've been having my hair by Lisa since I moved to Folkestone and she never fails to do a great job. Today I decided to change up my natural colour and Lisa has done a beautiful job. Thank you!!!

I had the best experience at this nail salon! I came in for both a manicure and pedicure, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Melissa was absolutely wonderful—she was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to help me choose the right products and treatments for my nails. Her expertise and attention to detail made me feel confident that my nails were getting the best care possible. The salon was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. My fingernails and toenails look amazing, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Kerry is so talented and I left looking (and feeling!) so glamorous! She gave me a gorgeous colour and lovely cut - and updated my boring look! Afterwards Claire gave me a super manicure. Such a fun and lovely team! Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful 90-minute deep tissue full body massage with Natasha today. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. The pressure was perfect, and she really worked on the areas holding tension. I left feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, and still slightly blissed out hours later. Exactly what I needed. I always try and book a massage at Core whenever I visit my mum in Folkestone. And they always make me so welcome, and deliver the best treatments. I live in London where we are surrounded by places to get massages, but I have to admit that the standard at Core is better than anything I ever get in London. I am currently 7 months pregnant and felt like I had a little retreat from my toddler and home life for the hour I was there. Cannot recommend enough!!

I cannot recommend Core Therapies and the whole team highly enough. I live in London but travel to Folkestone to see my Mum, and I always try to get an appointment here whenever possible. I am currently pregnant and had the best massage with Alison yesterday. I have had all the usual aches and pains over the last few months and feel utterly relieved today. They always go above and beyond to fit me in and look after all their clients so well. I would favour going here rather than anywhere in London, anytime. I know they have also really helped my Mum with her arthritic pain.
