I had a great experience with Kelly, getting a cat eye gel manicure. Her attention to detail was spot on, and the nails turned out beautifully! The staff was super kind, and I was even offered a hot drink, which was a lovely touch. Kelly’s skill and friendly vibe made the whole experience so enjoyable. Great experience with Ivy! I had my nails done elsewhere and there were some issues and Ivy was able to fix them and has gained a client! She made the right recommendation and avoided having to remove and redo the bio gel nails by fixing everything and just doing a refill. She was more concerned with me being happy than making additional money on a removal and full set (which I thought would have to happen.) I was happy with the care she took to make sure everything was perfect!

I was very pleased with my mani/pedi - the only glitch was that I scraped my nail getting my card out of my wallet! Fortunately they were able to fix it quickly. My daughter had gel nails done - they look beautiful but a little uneven. We had a good but not great experience but the price was excellent and everyone was very kind and professional.
