My experience was magical. From the moment I walked in the door, everything was intentionally meant to put me in a relaxed state. The smells, the atmosphere, the massages! She explained everything she was doing, checked in on my comfort level, and made me feel so relaxed that i fell asleep for a moment lol. On top of that- my skin has literally never felt or looked so amazing! I am blown away. I highly recommend!!

Macy did an excellent job with my pedicure today. Becca took very good care of me yesterday on my birthday. I love this place. Thank you guys for doing what you do. Kalamazoo needed this place. Very relaxing. 10/10 - would and WILL RECOMMEND to everyone I know! :)

I’m wishing all the success to Catherine’s Head2Toe! What a beautiful space. I’m already a regular at Catherine’s Nails but I’ll be coming back often for a blow out or spa need! The products smell so good and I feel immediately relaxed! Sidney was so sweet and made me feel absolutely beautiful by styling my hair. Can’t wait for my next session!

I had a great experience getting a head spa treatment! The key for me was being able to go an hour early to use the hot tub / sauna area. By the time my treatment started, I was already perfectly relaxed. I will be back to try more of their offerings!

Kelsey is absolutely amazing! Definitely one of my favorite human beings on the face of the whole earth! She is so much more than a nail tech! She did an amazing job with my broken pinky nail today. She had me fixed right up and gave me the confidence boost I needed. I have been going to this nail salon since April 20 24 and I will never go anywhere else. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel like you are amongst your best friends. Everyone there is compassionate and loving they all have a great sense of humor. And the amount of care and attention to detail blows my mind.

Addison was wonderful. I had my brows mapped because they hadn’t been waxed in quite a while. She did a fantastic job and was very communicative. She also had a game plan for my brows going forward. The service was excellent. Minimal redness. I’m excited to have a reliable waxer in Kalamazoo. I already have my next appointment booked and will look forward to seeing Addison for a facial sometime soon as well!

Definitely will be recommending to my people! We felt so relaxed after that we forgot our freshly dried swimsuits! Did a couples head spa with my fiancé and we felt like royalty. The inner haven experience is so relaxing, they brought us water, chilled towels for our faces/necks, and kept us updated as to when our service providers were ready for us. The service itself was so relaxing and included a shoulder & arm massage which I loved. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Also the environment was very luxe and relaxing; the perfect addition to Kalamazoo!

Wow. That’s all I can say. I had the most incredible blowout of my life. I get a blowout weekly and have been to countless salons, but none compare to this experience. The volume, bounce, and finish were unmatched, and the wash alone was next level. I also truly appreciated not feeling pressured to carry a conversation; the entire experience felt relaxing and effortless. Macy was exceptional (apologies if I spelled her name incorrectly). Her attention to detail and technique were outstanding.

Their attention to detail and genuine care is unmatched! The Inner Haven was the highlight for me… between the dry sauna and the hot tub, it felt like the world slowed down. Peaceful, quiet, and exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find a place where the staff goes so far out of their way to make you feel cared for, and that alone will keep me coming back. I’m already looking forward to booking my next appointment!

Got a haircut and was blown away with how lovely everything was! The staff, the salon itself, and the attention to detail in every aspect of the experience was fantastic. I’m a frequent customer of the sister location, Catherine Nails, and knew this would be just as good. Cannot recommend the salon side enough. I will definitely be booking a spa day soon too 🤭
