Wonderful service

I got there in time and the service started almost immediately which is rare for most establishments in Lagos. I went in for mini twists and a scalp treatment and it was top notch. The only thing I didn’t like was the unprofessional attitude of some of the staffs and it should be looked into. Whenever there are disagreements between staff members I believe that it should be handled privately and not in presence of customers as it creates an awkward atmosphere.

It was such an amazing experience… I really enjoyed it, can’t wait to be back again.

Amina did a lovely job. Please resolve the issue of always having to ask for a paddle brush to blow dry my hair when the description of the service says brush blow dry. The blow dry itself also needs to improve so customers can get a smoother finish. I also suggest that Tasala should replace old brushes, combs, detangling brushes etc.

Great service. The ladies were 100% attentive to me, like clockwork! The only reason I didn't give 5× was the hair dryer that decided to be temperamental so I had to sit awkwardly. All-in-all a good experience. Will definitely be back soon.
