I walked in being nervous because I’m a naturally darker girlie with dark hair but Kaci did an amazing job at transforming my hair and reassured me and checked in with me throughout the appointment. I highly recommend her, and will be returning to her for any touch ups 🥰

Tried this salon after months of trying to get my hairdresser to understand what I wanted. After a particularly bad hair cut I tried Natalie OMG!! She knew exactly what I wanted! Cut it perfectly (except at the back that needs to grow out) and 6 weeks later it was still holding its shape!! My second trip, full head of highlights, I absolutely love it, beautiful colour! Cannot recommend this salon enough. And the BEST BIT, Natalie has broken down each element of every cut/colour/blowdry she offers so, in this current climate, if you can only afford a cut, that’s all you pay for! Customer Care

Wow what can I say. 14 years ago was my last hair cut which left me so traumatised I didn’t let anyone touch it for all those years! Today Eve worked her insane magic🥹 I’m so so grateful for such a wonderful experience with a wonderful woman who knows exactly what she’s doing. I got a cut and blow dry with Rebecca today. I instantly felt welcome and at ease. She’s chatty and friendly and I felt like an old friend. She listened to me about my concerns and gave me some tips on a problem and how to manage it, she was a star. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it and I love it. Definitely recommend her. Lovely person.

It is good going there

I had a great experience today at Bita. I came in with long curly hair and got a nice short cut with bangs. The hairdresser was lovely and also offered me coffee and a snack. I don't know much about hair but she taught me how to blow-dry it and what product to use to avoid fuzzy hair at the top. I also got eyebrows threaded, wasn't painful. Will come back!

Kaci is the best at what she does!!!!!
