Had a disaster at another hairdressers and Jordy sorted out for me and talked through what she was going to do and what the ongoing plan would be to sort my hair out Jordy made me feel comfortable and at ease and didnt make me feel stupid about what had happened she listened and came up with a solution thank you Jordy for sorting my triangle head out haha will defo be going back all the time x

The cut and blow dry were excellent, probably the best feeling cut I've had and my hair was so super shiny and healthy looking and still looks really good the day after. Jordanne was lovely, it was our first visit and she made us feel so comfortable. She was amazing cutting my little girls hair, and has done a lovely cut and blow dry on myself. My sister got a creative colour balayage done and it looks beautiful and she also did her best with it to fix a previous cut. Thank you!

Today was my first visit to JW hair, Jordy was very welcoming and made me feel at ease from the get go and took her time to understand what it was that I was wanting. Jordy explained what she was doing throughout the appointment and kept checking in with me to hear my thoughts, she was full of knowledge and tips with regard to maintaining the condition of my hair between appointments. Highly recommend and can’t wait for my next appointment!

Excellent cut and blow dry, always delighted with my hair when sarah has done it.

The suite is decorated so nicely and it was clean and comfortable with refreshments. Demi-Lee is super lovely and we had a great chat the entire time. She made sure I was happy with everything and my hair turned out great, I'm absolutely in love with it! Would highly recommend!
