I had a fantastic experience for my cut and blow-dry. Andrew was great, as usual. I just needed a trim, and I was really happy with the result. The new location is easy to find, and all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The perfect spot to feel well looked after.

Had a blow dry last week and asked for beach wave curls on my extra long extensions. Amazing service, super talented girls made me feel welcome , atmosphere was crazy happy vibes as always! I had a wash, cut and blow dry today with Sarah and I could not have had a better haircut experience. She talked me through everything and explained different terms so that I could make informed decisions about how to style my hair. I was slightly nervous and she put me completely at ease - I really enjoyed going to Mousey Browns! Also delighted with the end result, I love my new hair and will definitely be back. Thanks Sarah!

My daughter had been recommended by her friend and she had a cut & blow dry and then curled on Saturday. She absolutely loved it and will be going back for future appointments. Whilst I was waiting for her I was offered a drink. Staff were lovely and friendly.

I had an amazing experience at Welburn Hall! I got a blowdry for my birthday and all the girls were so kind and chatty. My shampoo and treatment was so thorough. They listened to exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love my colour , had a half head highlights cut and blow dry with Immy . It’s exactly the blond I asked for and I’m really pleased with it . Immy was friendly and professional I had 2 lattes which were lovely and even got offered toast and jam delicious 🩷. Thank you Immy will definitely book again .
