Abbie was so lovely and friendly and we had a great chat during the massage. She catered to what I asked for and you could tell she knew her stuff. I’ve really suffered with upper back/neck pain recently and I can already tell a difference since having the massage. I’ll definitely be rebooking back in every couple of months, it’s really worth it!

very positive experience - the session was very flexible and allowed multiple areas of aches and pains to be looked at using a variety of recovery techniques. Will be booking again for maintenance and recovery sessions

Abbie was excellent. She listened to my ‘story’ and gave me great advice and treatment and followed up in a timely manner with a relevant programme. I’d absolutely recommend using Abbie.

The massage was excellent, I much prefer a firmer touch and that was definitely delivered! Abbie was very friendly and I will absolutely be returning in the future!

Abbie is a fantastic professional! I’ve had a couple of sports massages & cupping on a hamstring strain. This time I went for an injury rehabilitation assessment suffering with a painful shoulder. After a short assessment she identified the problem, recommended a strengthening programme & did a great massage on the area with an instant freeness! Would highly recommend, thanks Abbie!

I can't recommend Abbie enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to assess my specific needs and any areas of tension.
