Due to poorly done manicures in the past, my nails had become extremely thin, but thanks to Estee, they now look healthy and strong again. Although I’ve tried many nail services in the Horsham area, I’ve never come across one as clean and detailed as hers. She is very friendly and truly listens to what you want — something you don’t come across too often. We chatted throughout the appointment, and she made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her! (the best Russian manicure ever)

So grateful for the care and attention to detail Anais took on my nails, after a few bad experiences she was meticulous about my nail health & design. It's the best nails I've had in a long time and couldn't recommend her enough!

Kelsey was very friendly and chatty, which I liked. She had to remove previous gel, for which be aware there is an added charge if done elsewhere. It was all good for me. She made a lovely job of my nails and was extremely helpful over colour choice. I always find that difficult! I will be a regular customer. Caroline

She helps guide me with any concerns I have regarding my nails & all her recommendations have helped me get my nails to a great place! Annie is an absolute gem – not only is she incredibly personable, making me feel completely at ease and like we'd known each other for ages, but her professionalism truly shines through in every detail of the incredible service she provides. She will be upfront and honest with you regarding your nails / her services which is brilliant. Annie always takes the time to listen to exactly what I want, offering great suggestions, and perfectly conducting everything with such precision and care.

One of the best pedicures I have had💜 Anais, is such a wonderful person, she’s has such an amazing talent! I have problematic nails due to having a skin condition & she was very gentle and made my feet look beautiful, she has boosted my confidence to finally wear some open toe sandals & heels for the summer.
