Mostly fine, but the Stylist tugged on my hair way too much while blow drying. I had to stop her midday to tell her my neck was literally bent out of shape.

Tope is such a sweet babe, I didn’t even know something was happening on my head. She detangled with so much ease, communicated everything she was going to do. Made sure to remind me to oil my scalp. Such a sweet girl.

It was great!! Juliet attended to me on time. I had a wash and steam and then I was also able to do my nails at the same time!!

The new manager is good. Ayaba, Rebecca and Kenny did a wonderful job. The service is topnotch. My driving from Ibadan to Lagos worth it.

Joy, Josphine, toyin were really great with my braids and didi for my daughter. They put us through each process one by one and it was an excellent service all round. Booking service was excellent because I stressed OT. I was rescheduling and going back and forth with dates and she accommodated all my needs and I am thankful for that. She got me the best Amala and kept coming to check on me and the stylist. Super excellent service from the ogba team. I definitely recommend KLS Naturals.

My sister booked this service for me as a welcome to Nigeria experience and wheeew!!! The experience and service is amazing. The welcoming from the supervisor was really bea. my stylist toyin was really good with Ghana weaving on my natural hair and gentle. The first time I am visiting a Nigerian salon with zero complaints. One thing that stood out for me was the supervisor informing each clients about them shutting off power for a bit to refill their diesel. It made me feel real safe and it was very thoughtful. The communication through out my appointment from her with clients was awesome.

Yetunde took great care, as usual, with my natural hair. The girls were all warm and welcoming.

In general, my experience was fine and the staff were pleasant and professional. My stylist was a little slow and unable to communicate properly when asked questions, also the consultation was underwhelming and not as helpful as I had heard/hoped. I really love my nails which exceeded my expectation.
