The experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles & impeccable hospitality. Zali was incredibly friendly and made me feel relaxed. The treatment itself left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. A minor aspect that might be good for future is re-explaining the chosen treatment first (I had forgotten there was a peel as part of this treatment in particular so was caught off guard - even though I loved it!). The room was also a little cold especially in conjunction with cool products being applied. Will be back! Thank you x

"wow" just fell out of my mouth when I walked through the doors of Kondou. It is the most tranquil space with a beautiful team welcoming you every visit. I highly recommend dedicating some time to yourself or gifting a special treatment at Kondou for a special someone.

Sara has created a stunning and unique space at Kondou. From the moment you enter, you feel that you’ve been transported away from your busy life into a cocoon of aesthetically beautiful surrounds. Sara has raised the benchmark on unique facial and massage treatments and she has gathered a passionate, committed team who clearly love what they do. I felt totally pampered and my facial was both nurturing and therapeutic and I’m thrilled to say, the Contour facial exceeded my expectations. My hard to please hubby throughly enjoyed his massage too. Congratulations to you all, we'll be back!

This was my second appointment & both times have been absolutely INCREDIBLE! It is so much more than a facial treatment. It is like an infusion of nourishment and love for your whole entire being. Both times I have left floating on a cloud & literally glowing! My skin looked amazing after both appointments - the improvement was immediately visible. My skin looked plump and beautifully hydrated, it looked so calm and free of any of it's usual redness I just couldn't stop looking at it ✨ There is something very special about this place and the treatments provided here 💗

I just had such a beautiful experience at Kondou. The space is stunning and the girls are lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the robe/slippers and the herbal tea at the end. An experience like no other! I will definitely be back.
