Got manicure, full face wax & eyelash extensions. Manicurist was very nice. Good conversation, took her time. She free handed my nail art designs & I really like it. You can tell she definitely takes pride in her work. If I had to have one complaint, it would be that it took 3 hours to do. I got a bit anxious with the time. Eyelash tech was really quiet, not much conversation which is fine with me. I like my lashes & have been complimented a few times for them. Wax esthetician was my favorite part of my visit. I was happy with the service that they provided. My esthetician-in-training, Porshia Clark, was great and my lash extensions came out exactly how I described that I wanted them. If you are visiting this school between June - Oct 2025, I would highly recommend her for lashes.

I got exactly what I asked for with my lashes. They are so nice, she did a great job.She also explained the difference between the different types of lash extensions, and I found I am a hybrid girl.

The service was great! Everyone was so kind, and professional, but personable. So it wasn't weird or uncomfortable having multiple people around watching and learning. I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted with henna, and my lashes lifted and tinted. My eyebrows and eyelashes look great! I love them! It was my first time having ever done anything with my lashes. The only think I have to say, and it isn't a big deal I just know for next time, is that I wish I had been asked what level of eyelash lift I wanted. Atmosphere was so cute when I walked in, the woman at the front desk was so sweet and friendly! Emi, my lash tech did a great job! My retention has been the best it ever has been really good which I usually struggle with extensions.

I'm so impressed with the treatment my daughter and I received today at 3D Academy. Amy did my first ever lash extensions, customized them to my personal needs, treated me so kindly, did such a lovely job (seriously pretty lashes), was patient when I needed to use the restroom mid session and reassured me when my anxiety kind of reared its head later in my appointment. Not only that, every guy/gal we came in contact with was professional, kind and helpful. One particular woman/student stood beside me and held my hand for awhile...simply amazing sweetness and caring. I'm not a high maintenance…

Heidi worked tirelessly on my pedicure. There was a timing issue. Not sure how often that happens but all n all I had a good experience.

always wonderful was done in less that an hour I tell everyone 3D lash and brow is NOT your normal Beauty School as it is so VERY much better!
