Kim did a great job on my full set of classic lashes! She was very attentive to my needs, and made small tweaks after she showed me the finish product and I wanted just a few more lashes on one eye. She was so patient, friendly and professional. The lash lash facility itself (Hanover location) was sparkling clean and had all proper COVID precautions in place! I will definitely be back for my fill and future services!

Both Lorna and Nicole have magical hands, there is never a moment of discomfort. The speed in which they work is perfectly timed, not rushed but you won’t be there for hours. You will be beyond satisfied. The Salon is decorated beautifully and safety is a priority at all times. I have had my lashes done, but this was HAVING LASHES DONE!!! About an hour-No crust, no sting, just amazing results. Light classic lash. The place is tranquil and relaxing. Lorna was so nice and took time to understand what I wanted and not break the bank. I am very happy with my new lashes, just put on mascara LOOK. The results and cost are something I can continue. Love love love my lashes! Lorna is amazing. I was hesitant to get lash extensions as I had tried once before elsewhere and it was a costly mistake! Way to fake looking for me and damaging! After doing a bunch of review reading I decided to take a chance at the Lash Lady and so glad I did!! Lorna gave me the most natural lashes that look like they could be my own only better! Relatively new to the process and I had a bad experience elsewhere (think jet-black unibrow on my naked petite blonde face). I wanted a lash/brow tint and chose Lash Lady specifically for their work with lighter hair/skin tones. Jess was absolutely amazing! She listened and was conscientious and she accented my minimal brows perfectly while also darkening my wispy lashes. She created the natural and low-maintenance look that was looking for.
