Helen was great, Helen did my eyelash extensions perfectly,she knew what I wanted and what was best for me!! Always accommodating in getting an appointment.i made booking late yesterday 30.1.24 as I couldn't get into a four seasons eyelash person, and I was able to fit me in shortish notice. Polite friendly good at what she does, works hard. I thanked Helen she is a nice person and a hard working making a difference in people's lives to make a difference I recommend her to new clients and existing ones you go come to get their eyelash extensions done.

First time iv had a head massage and it was the best experience ive ever had. I also got my lashes and eyebrows cleaned up and literally herd myself snore it was that relaxing lmao. Wish i lived in petone just to get those treatments on a regular basis. Thank you so much i feel brand new haha

Second time I've gotten classic eyelash extensions with Jenny and I'm really happy with them. Jenny has a lovely approach and the whole experience is great and also relaxing... so relaxing I fall asleep on the table. I highly recommend getting your eyelash extensions done with Jenny.

I am always so impressed with my nails when I get them done at studio v petone! Any time I can’t get an appointment, and go somewhere else, they’re never as good (Or as relaxing!) Today there were some unexpected staffing issues and I really appreciated the way the staff member handled the unexpected, while obviously busier than usual!

Helen was so gentle!!! Honestly I've had so many lash techs pull at my eyelashes and it was painful but Helen was great. The last tech I had somewhere else also ruined my natural lashes so Helen did her best to fix them. I won't be going anywhere else now. 100% recommend.
