Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! My hair was feeling dry and damaged, but the treatment left it feeling soft, shiny, and full of life. The massage was so relaxing—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. Natalie is truley a fairy god mother I had my extensions refitted after going with someone who didn’t know what they was doing . I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. Lauren was fantastic, I have had a few Indian head massages and her was up there with one of the best. Her advice around my facial was amazing as I do suffer from cyst like spots on my chin which can be painful. She tailored my facial to ensure it wasn’t painful in anyway and home remedies to help with the pressure of spots. My friend was amazed at the price as she is also a key worker she will be booking in soon too. It’s worth every penny spent and just what I needed after a busy weekend at work.
