Phoebe is so lovely & a brilliant nail tech. She made me so comfortable both first and second appointment, even when I needed to change the style of lashes. She used her expertise to advise and give multiple options making me feel totally at ease throughout. I’ve also had amazing retention which I have found to be more difficult with previous techs! Tracey is excited about hair colour and is really adventurous helping you decide the perfect new fit for you, if you let her know that you'd like a change. She really cares about getting you the desired look in the first appointment. Today my hair was lightened from my regular warm blonde to a whole new cooler shade. I was given lots of advice about how to care for my hair and a plan but in place for my next appt. I'm excited about my hair appts and know how I can take care of my hair in between now. Thankyou Tracey and Elle for giving me a great experience in the salon today. 😘

I’ve been having eyelash extensions since summer. I initially started with just wanting them for the summer, but because of how amazing they are I’ve continued them and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

Phoebe is amazing. This was my first appointment with HD beauty and I instantly felt at ease and comfortable as soon as I entered the treatment room. Phoebe informed me of various lash types and tailored to my face and eye shape as well as my eyelash weight. Compared to previous times I have had lash extensions, Phoebe was so knowledgeable and it is clear to see the care she provides not only for the application of lashes but the before and after care too. I am now a 100% certified customer! See you in two weeks! ❤️😀

I can't remember her name but the lady I spoke to about extensions was really friendly and knowledgeable. She didn't just try sell me the most expensive she actually talked through ALL the options and listened to what I wanted. Advised me on other methods of fitting and what may be better for my type of hair. I'm now booked in for my colour ready for my extensions :) x
