Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

I went to see Paris today for a full set of lashes and Botox . The lashes have framed my eyes beautifully . I can’t wait to see the full results of the Botox when it kicks in fully . I am such a baby when it comes to needles,as I have a very low pain threshold . Paris was amazing and I didn’t feel a thing . I would highly recommend .

Had a wonderful full body massage by the lovely Violet. She made sure I was comfortable and warm enough. Thank you so much

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! I had classic lash extensions complimented by an eyebrow wax with Amelia. I couldn’t speak more highly about the service from start to finish. My lashes have never looked so good and I felt really comfortable during the treatments. Eyebrow wax was pain- free and they look incredible. Amelia was very professional providing the best care!
