Love my eyelashes, Cathy is always so kind and accommodating, 38 weeks pregnant and she made sure I got to get my lashes done before baby came and allowed me to be able to pamper myself and made sure I was comfortable throughout! Amazing service as always !! Definitely recommend

I recently had fillers and lash extensions done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. Charlie took the time to explain the filler process, answer all my questions, and really listened to what I wanted. The results are beautifully natural , balanced, and exactly the refreshed look I was hoping for. My lash extensions are absolutely stunning. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and perfectly customised to suit my eye shape. I have already booked in to return for my infills!!!

I had my eyelashes done here last week and I am extremely happy with the results. The lash technician was very professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail throughout the entire appointment. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to ensure the lashes suited me perfectly. The final result looks absolutely beautiful and natural, exactly what I wanted. The salon atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality lash services and excellent customer care. I’d had a lash lift in the past with a different lash artist and it wasn’t successful. I decided to try again. This time, I wanted the Korean Lash Lift at And.Collective. Lauren was so warm and friendly. She explained everything to me and booked me in for a patch test. The booking process was straightforward and I had my appointment this morning. The results are great! I’m so pleased. Lauren is lovely, and clearly great at lashes. I’m already planning my next appointment. I highly recommend this treatment and Lauren. Thank you x

Amazing lash tech ! Have been a few times now and will continue to visit BBYs. Very professional and welcoming also. First set of lashes I had done were for my 2 week holiday ! Retention was great and still had my lashes on when I returned ! Would definitely recommend girls ! Xx

I’ve only been to get my lashes done twice to Allysia, but each and every time she did a GREAT job, lashes always TEA🤏🏾!!! And she’s a great listener, she made me feel very comfortable from day one, which is why I shall keep going to her.

Charlie Jade does my lash lift and is very skilled indeed. My eyes often run during the treatment but Charlie doesn't let this get in the way of achieving great results. She is also the first beauty therapist to ever advise me properly on aftercare following lash lift. Thanks Charlie!

Stunning lashes with a relaxing massage with the VIP package! The experience was truly elevated and sophisticated, the chair was amazingly comfortable, and the lash set fabulous as usual 😍 I left the salon relaxed, beautiful and feeling refreshed, I will definitely choose the VIP experience for all of my future appointments ✨️

IN LOVE with my lashes the retention from the last set 😍 anjee always makes sure im comfortable and either lets me sleep or talks to me i never come out from getting my lashes done feeling like they are less than amazing she always makes sure her work is consistent and tells me how my lash health has improved since coming to her which i agree with if anyone ever asks me about a lash tech i always reccomend anjee ❤️
