Sophie, the specialist and owner, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill throughout the session. Her expertise ensured that most of the process was painless. Beyond her technical proficiency, Sophie was a delight to converse with, making the appointment both efficient and enjoyable. The treatment room itself was impeccably clean and stylish, reflecting the high standards. Can't recommend her enough!!

This is my second time going to Harriet for toenail reconstruction and am I glad that she’s now moved to Nottingham, yes I am! She does an amazing job, she never fails to give me the outcome I’m looking for. She’s such a lovely polite girl also and nothing is too much trouble. First time visit and very first time having individual eyelashes, I absolutely love my lashes. I arrived at the shop and was asked how I would like my lashes, I told her everything I was looking for, which I thought omg I’m not making much sense here lol but she said no I think I know what you’re looking for and yes she did & I absolutely love them and I 💯 recommend. It was my very first time getting lash extensions, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was pretty nervous at first, but she was so kind and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. She took her time to explain everything, was super gentle, and made sure I was happy with the look. My lashes turned out absolutely beautiful — natural, full, and exactly what I wanted! She was also really accommodating with scheduling, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend her to anyone thinking about getting lash extensions for the first time! 💖
