5*treatment from start to finish. Started with a luxury pedicure by Tayler never thought I would enjoy one as much so relaxing. Followed by Lash lift and tint by Amber who has worked miracles on my awful lashes. I can't believe the difference and I'm so happy with the results! Highly recommend Bay Beauty Academy to anyone for lovely friendly professional staff.

Leah was lovely and welcoming and really made my lashes perfect. She let me voice what I did and didn't want for my lashes and told me what would be best for my lash health. She was lovely and chatty and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my lashes. 100% would recommend!!

Leah is amazing! She's so professional, and I’m absolutely in LOVE with my eyebrows and eyelashes! I’d definitely consider myself a fussy person, but Leah exceeded all my expectations. The only scary thing now is hoping she never stops – I honestly don’t think I’d ever find another lash tech as good as her!

Always a pleasure seeing the girls at BEEM. Very professional and take an interest in what you’re staying. Had many treatments over the years and mainly see Beth. Her classic eyelashes work is superb. I also love having my regular facials which Beth adopts to my skin when needed. Can’t wait for my next visit. Thank you girls you all do amazing jobs.

I've been coming to Rachel for my nails, brows and lashes for years as she always does an amazing and thorough job. I'm always so pleased with the results.

Absolute 5 star service. I have used Iqra for years now for lashes, eyebrows and make up and she is just the best. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Absolutely brilliant! I had the most relaxing Serenity massage with Rebekah today, followed by a lash infill from Beth, and I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the girls are professional, welcoming, and made me feel amazing. Highly recommend! 💛💛💛💛💛

10/10. An appointment with Emma on this rare occasion, as the girls are super busy leading up to Christmas. I squeezed in a later slot & Emma was super productive and even managed my brows as well as lashes. Left feeling like a queen! You always leave Beem with such a lush feeling after being treated by any of the team. ❤️❤️
