5 star, I had my lashes done today and we tried a different curl shape. Afterwards we had a discussion about what curl shapes I like and Krystal said she would order some shield especially for me. Just top quality service as always. Thank you 🤍

Absolutely exceptional every time I visit. I was really nervous as was having dermal filler for the first time so I was nervous. Krystal quickly put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly to me. I am so happy with the results. I would not trust anyone else and I have complete faith in Krystal.

highly recommend Fern she changes the brow/lashes game! Being very blonde girly naturally my brows and lashes were non existent I’ve had bad experiences in the past being too dark shape etc fern creates a custom shade for me dark enough yet light enough. She is very knowledgeable and professional in what she does I couldn’t and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows/lashes I had as LVL on my lashes, I have lashes I didn’t even know I had. I will always be going to fern now best decision I have ever made. Book an appointment promise you will not regret it! Thank you fern you are the BEST

Genuinely always love coming for treatment with Krystal. She makes you feel so welcomed and relaxed throughout. I have been using my membership since October and see so much progress in my skin, she tailors each treatment to your needs and her knowledge is outstanding! She really is an expert at what she does!

Every time I leave, I feel so confident and in love with my lashes—they’re always flawless, exactly how I want them, and last so well. Jade ran through everything before and during the appointment. She was very attentive and gave good after care advice (thank god it was also on a card which you can take away too!). Jade’s really easy to chat to as well. My brows and lashes are amazing for my holiday! Cannot fault her ☺️

Fern is so thorough in her approach to her treatments, spending time on your med history, treatment explanation and prep while putting you at ease in her beautiful treatment room.. Today I had my brows micobladed and as usual, I am over the moon with them they look so natural, perfect for me ! .. I even got a "Wow they look right good" from my husband .. which I mite add if I wasn't sitting down I would have fell down cos he notices nothing lol. So thanks again Fern once again you've given me exactly what I wanted.. Perfectly natural brows and 😁

I have had a variety of treatments done by fern from dermaplane facials, eyebrows, LVLS and the sevenly hyaluronic acid skin boosters. The skin boosters are AMAZING I love them & are becoming a new fave of mine! Fern is very knowledgeable on all she offers and on so much more, she thoroughly talks through it all with you about any treatment you have. The Skin boosters left my skin so hydrated, glowy & feeling just so healthy! I highly recommend these skin boosters that fern offers you will not be disappointed. Fern has given me the best experience. I was really nervous to have my brows microbladed but once I met her I instantly felt at ease. Fern is very knowledgeable and gave me lots of after care advice which is something most salons lack in these days. But most of all Fern is absolutely amazing at what she does. I now have brows which is something I haven’t had since the early naughty’s. I also squeezed in a cheeky lash lift which again they look amazing! Thank you so much and I will most definitely be recommending you to all my friends and family. Ps her new home salon is lush.
