The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to discuss my hair goals. My stylist, Svetlana , was a true artist! I left feeling rejuvenated and confident. The products used were top-notch, and I appreciated the tips Svetlana shared for maintaining my new look. Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

Had a lovely experience at Lash Zone London, I wish I had discovered this place before! Karolina is friendly experienced and professional and really understands how to customise lash extensions based on eye shape and lash length, volume etc. I loved what she did for my lashes! This place is super clean and comfortable. Also, very reasonably priced. 100% will go again.

Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

Amazing facial as always. Nicole really knows my skin and even though I live on the other side of London I only come to her because I cant trust anyone else 😅 lovely to catch up after so long. Already looking forward to my next appointment.

Anastasia has been my lash fairy for years!As someone who values the quality of the work as well as the service and an individual approach I couldn’t recommend her enough. Rhea is an extremely skilled lash technician and a lovely person… my eyelashes look amazing and I was comfortable the whole time, with no eye tears which is rare for me. It was done quickly too. I’m definitely returning for this service.

My first time getting my lashes done by Samantha and they were perfect. I have a slightly more downturned eye and she managed to make it look more lifted with her lash placement and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Plus the bed was super comfy too so I had a nice nap!

I had an amazing experience at Lash Zone London! The lash tech was so professional, friendly, and really took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. I got my lashes done at lash studio London over 2 weeks ago and they are still in perfect condition. I had such a lovely experience there and felt very relaxed and Samantha understood exactly what I wanted with my hybrid lashes.
