First time getting my lashes done in London and I’m so happy I found Zoe! I’m from Nottingham and decided literally last minute to book in, and she did not disappoint. Zoe is so friendly and professional, and she absolutely ate with my lashes 😍 I’m obsessed with how they’ve turned out. Would 100% recommend anyone looking to get their lashes done to book with her. We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

I highly recommend Marina! She does an amazing job with manicures and pedicures, and her lash work is absolutely beautiful too. She is very professional, friendly, and pays great attention to detail. I’m always so happy with the results. Thank you, Marina, for making me feel so beautiful! ❤️✨

Louise is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had and, considering I always used to have my hair done in central London where excellence is expected, that is really saying something. I cannot recommend Louise enough.

Honestly, I’m OBSESSED with my lashes and brows! 😍✨ I had them done today and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Everything was done so beautifully and precisely, and the attention to detail was amazing. My lashes look so full and gorgeous while still looking natural, and my brows are shaped perfectly! 🥹🤎 The whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish — so friendly, professional and welcoming. You can genuinely tell how much care and effort goes into the work. I left feeling SO confident and I’ve already had so many compliments! Definitely found my new go-to place. 💕

I had an eyelash lift and tint. My eyelashes are naturally blonde and wanted them done so I don’t need to worry about mascara when I’m on holiday. They look great! So much care was taken and wasn’t rushed at all which other places do. Really pleased and will go back again in the future 😊

Really great, no post-application sting and usually my eyes stream a LOT when I get lashes done so its mostly an unpleasant experience for me. But I was very pleased with what Kay did for me, great lashes, didn't feel a thing! Already my fave lash tech :)

Absolutely amazing couples massage! My boyfriend and I booked a 1-hour full-body deep tissue massage for his birthday, and we loved every minute. Aisha and Bhumi were so kind, welcoming and informative, especially with aftercare advice. I was so relaxed I think I fell asleep about 10 times! 😂 The screen between us was perfect, with calming rain sounds, candles and dim lighting creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Herbal tea at the end was a lovely touch. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and like life was worth living again! 😂❤️ 100% recommend, I’ll definitely be back for my own BDAY!

Absolutely loved my experience with Anastasia. It was my first ever lash lift and tint, and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. She is incredibly kind, professional, and talented. I honestly couldn’t believe the results - my lashes look so natural but beautifully lifted. I had a very good experience getting my eyelash extensions. The staff are very polite, and I felt comfortable during the appointment. The lash technician helped me decide what style I want and gave me recommendations based on my eye shape and size. She was efficient and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend.

Always get my lashes done here, appreciate the attention to detail including on the cleaning and prep of lashes as well as the look of the extensions at the end. Sadly I am moving out of the area soon and so need to find a new place - big shoes to fill!

Absolutely obsessed with my wispy lashes from Anastasia today! 🤍 She completely nailed the look I wanted — full, fluffy, glam, and perfectly wispy without looking heavy. I get compliments on my lashes all the time and people are always asking where I get them done. Anastasia is so talented, professional, and genuinely lovely.
