After having a bad experience with a lash lift somewhere else, I was honestly quite nervous about trying again. Ruby completely changed that. She took the time to explain every step of the Korean lash lift, talked me through what she was doing, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. She was so gentle, never rushed, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best results. My lashes have turned out even better than I imagined they are beautifully lifted, look so natural, and I haven’t stopped looking at them since! Thank you, Ruby, for restoring my faith in lash lift❤

Skin touch is such a wonderful salon offering a huge range of high end services and treatments. We are so lucky to have it in Crystal Palace. Dagmara does my eyelash extensions. I have very fine lashes but she always copes and does a wonderful job.

Shannon gave me a beautiful set of full russian lashes, I can't stop looking at them! All the staff there are amazing, super accommodating and its such a nice atmosphere. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Paris at Ink Beauty enough. She does my eyebrows and eyelashes and she is hands down the best there is. Paris is so friendly, welcoming and instantly makes you feel comfortable. She really takes her time, listens to exactly what you want and the results are always perfect. I always leave feeling confident and obsessed with how my brows and lashes look. If you’re thinking about getting your brows or lashes done, Paris is your girl — I wouldn’t trust anyone else 🤍✨

I recently visited Lauren for lash extensions and couldn’t be happier with the results! I requested a wispy lash look, and she delivered exactly what I had envisioned. The process was incredibly comfortable with minimal eye irritation, and Lauren took the time to listen carefully to my preferences for both style and length. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Mel and Cassia are incredibly friendly and welcoming.. mum feels extremely comfortable there, customer service is fantastic exactly how a salon should be. Recommend to everyone in Bromley and outside of Bromley.

Best eyelash technician around. I’ve used others twice only when I’ve left it to the last minute to get my eyelashes done before setting off on my holidays and I promise you twice I let others have a chance to put some lashes on and twice my eyes have been infected to the point they are burning and I have to doctors! I will only ever use Sophie because she is simple the best, the lashes last long and my eyes never hurt or itch. Comes highly recommended by me, I travel 1 hour and back because I will not go anywhere else now after my bad experiences - if Sophie can’t fit me in I go without x

Always love coming back to Ellia. So friendly and professional! My brow lamination is always perfect! This time I had lash extensions too!
