Had my first ever lash lift with Yangji and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough 🖤 She was so lovely, gentle and reassuring throughout the whole appointment, which made me feel so comfortable as it was my first time. She explained everything and paid so much attention to detail. My lashes are naturally long but point downwards and she gave them the most beautiful curl while still keeping them natural. I’m obsessed with the results and will definitely be coming back for my next appointment 🥰

This was my second time having my hair done with Elli, and she was fantastic once again! My Afro 4C hair requires a lot of TLC and patience, and Elli handled it with so much care. Had two treatments in the capable hands of Lisia who is so calm and informed about what you’re going to be undertaking, be it Botox or Emsculpt. I would highly recommend any treatments with her or at Bloom in general, it’s a really great treatment spot and on your doorstep. So if you want a self care day, or a face full of tweakments Lisia (Bloom) is your spot! I’ll be back for sure

Came back for my brows and lashes, she really took her time with working out what I wanted with my brows - colour, shape, length etc as my anxiety must have shown but they are absolutely perfect, so natural looking but still bold enough to give me back eyebrows that I've not had in years! Thank so much, I'll be back :)
