Absolutely amazing, lashes always last with little loss which is what you want. Always really friendly, lovely nice relaxed atmosphere and very gentle. They always seem to use good quality products

The team at the Beauty Refinery did an unbelievable job. My eyebrows and eyelashes have never looked better. This is the only place in Leicester I would go for any beauty treatments!

Absolutely amazed by the lash lift and tint from Jenny! My lashes have always been very blonde and none existent I now have beautiful dark lashes with a lift and curve like I couldn’t imagine! Thank you Jenny I will definitely be back for more. Friendly and welcoming overall great experience!

Anita is absolutely exceptional. I’ve been coming to her regularly over the past few months for a full body wax and lash lift, and every visit has been amazing. I was initially very hesitant about waxing, but Anita explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease—the pain was far less than I expected. The space is welcoming, friendly, and always comfortable. I also genuinely enjoy our conversations, which make each appointment even better. Maria runs a beautiful, cozy salon that immediately makes you feel welcome and relaxed. ​She is a true professional—very caring, attentive, and she took the time to explain the entire process to me step-by-step. I had my first fully body massage with Minda and it was wonderful. I felt so relaxed and she focused on problem areas too. I felt like she really knew what she was doing, and cared - she didn't rush anything. I felt comfortable and would definitely come again. I had a full body, hands, feet, legs, stomach, chest, arms, back, face and even a slight head massage. When the phone rang or the doorbell, Minda didn't leave or become distracted, which was really appreciated.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Minda’s absolutely great. So friendly, welcoming and very thorough. She makes quick work of even full body laser hair removal. The recent refurb of the front reception also just adds to the experience.
