I thoroughly recommend the amazing Maisie! I have had a lash lift previous, elsewhere. I found it uncomfortable and it didn't achieve a noticeable lift. Maisie's gentle handling of my lashes, and the care taken when applying the product, made for a very relaxing experience. At the end of the treatment, I was delighted with the curl, as my lashes are naturally extremely straight. I was even happier after putting mascara on - the effect was amazing. The best my lashes have ever been. Thank you, Maisie.

Being my first lash appointment ever, I was very nervous, but Fran really helped to calm me down and spoke to me through the whole process whilst she was doing it. She was so lovely, and made me feel very comfortable throughout. I would definitely recommend to anyone out there wanting to get their lashes done!

I had the best experience at The Lash Room. Fran made me feel so comfortable the whole time I was there for my first ever lash extensions. We had such a lovely chat and everything felt so comfortable on the eyes while they were being done. It’s such a lovely environment and really relaxing and Fran is such a wonderful person, would highly recommend x

The lash room T.Wells 🫶🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve followed Fran on her new venture to One Warwick park and can honestly say she is the loveliest lady and one of the best lash techs I’ve come across. The lash room is so calming and relaxing, with such peaceful music it always makes me sleepy, can’t forget the heated bed it’s absolute bliss! I look forward to my catch-ups with Fran, always so many laughs! Thank you for always making my lashes look unreal! Would highly recommend to anyone !!

Outstanding Customer Service as usual from Cleo, I’m thrilled with my extensions and filler, having not previously had this type of filler I was a bit apprehensive but Cleo put me right at ease and explained the whole procedure, she is very calm and a true professional at what she does, she always wants the best results for her clients. I would not hesitate to recommend Cleo to anyone wanting any beauty treatments, she is very talented and the new premises are lovely.

Always great service. Cleo makes sure she get the best treatment for you and explains everything in full before treatment. I have the 8 point treatment every 6- 12 months and very happy with the result.

I usually see Fran for my lashes and she’s absolutely amazing the best lash tech I’ve ever had! Today I had the lovely Grace she did my brows and my lashes and I’m in love, thank you! I feel so much more confident and ready for my holidays ! The Lash Room is such a lovely welcoming environment and always a laugh I come out feeling 11/10 thank you girls 🤍
