Rio always makes my eyelashes look gorgeous. She has great attention to detail and since my first lash extension session, she's really got the right shape to go with my eyes. She goes the extra mile and makes sure you're comfortable during the session too. She is so lovely and nice to talk to. Thanks Rio!

Beth did a great job of my LVL Lash lift and Brow Lamination. I have quite fine and sparse lashes and have always struggled to get them to look good but Beth made them look super lifted whilst still being natural! They look great Thank you

Perfection every time! Kate does my classic lashes regularly and is very thorough, the results are exactly how I want them, the salon has got a nice vibe to it, and she gives great advice along the way. Absolutely recommend!

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. This was my first facial with Ava, having been a brows/lashes client for a couple of years. WOW! I knew it would be a real treat, and yet still exceeded my expectations. After multiple different hairdressers had overbleached my hair or left me with an undesirable result, I FINALLY found Chelsea... she instantly put me at ease, set my expectations from the beginning, spoke in detail about how we can achieve what I want but still keeping my hair health. I absolutely LOVE what Chelsea did and will stick with her now indefinitely 🥰

I had a full body massage which included a head a face massage. I cannot rate it high enough. It was great. The pressure was perfect and it was all very soothing and relaxing. Good quality oils were used and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. The room was lovely and warm and inviting. Janet is a lovely person and nsjes you feel at ease as soon as you meet her. I highly recommend a treatment.

5* as always! After a really stressful few weeks, I was looking forward to my appointment for some ‘me’ time. Laura just lets me sit and rant, whilst working her magic on my nails! I left feeling much more ready for Christmas, with beautiful nails, and a smile on my face. Thank you Laura, make sure you have a rest this Christmas as you work so hard and give 110% to every set of nails you do. Sorry that you became my therapist as well, but thank you for your support and understanding too! My nails are the ‘best bit’ of my body and make every outfit shine even brighter.

Had a great pamper afternoon, my first Korean lash lift and brow lamination. Rio made me feel really comfortable and has done an amazing job. Had a great facial too. My skin feels amazing. Definitely will be coming back.

Mel is totally here for us anxious lot. I've been wanting to get my brows & lashes done for years, but going somewhere where I feel welcomed, with parking, reasonably priced etc, my anxieties went crazy so I always put it off. Then Mel popped up and was exactly what I was looking for. I explained to her I had a streak on my face so my right eyelashes and eyebrow are white. At the patch test she had a good look at my lashes and brows and went through all the forms she needed to and was confident she could cover the streak. She wasn't wrong! Fabulous! X
