My 1st visit to Pinks. Great relaxing atmosphere and lovely decor. All staff I met were very warm, welcoming and polite. My treatment (lash extensions) was fully explained beforehand - the lady doing the treatment was very gentle throughout. Aftercare fully explained. I will most definately be returning for infills and other treatments

Aman is a really lovely person with great beauty therapy skills . Not only very professional but is a very gentle applying her therapy. I would highly recommend her .

Ive been coming to see Clare now for some time and always have an eyebrow tint/shape and eyelash lift. My eyebrows are always a treat to myself. Love my lash lift! I have had weekend lashes before with another salon but this just looks so much better, nicer and lasts so long. No more need for mascara either. Thank you! Ill be making this a regular thing too. Its always a pleasure to come and see you. See you again soon.

Rachel is amazing! She did such a beautiful job on my brows and lash extensions, went through everything with me to help decide what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the process. Absolutely brilliant at what she does and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The best lash tech. Sophie is faultless; from her lash application to her kindness and professionalism. My lashes are always comfortable and last really well proving her ability and skills are top tier. Will forever return and reccomend. 100/10

Jade is amazing, highly talented artist. She has done a few of mine now including full back and some of my sons. Her new space is perfect, clean and spacious. She makes you feel relaxed! Def recommend wouldn’t go anywhere else now :)

Amelia was great, she did my eyelashes and brows how I wanted them and checked I was happy with them. Very friendly too, would definitely recommend

I saw Jade at her new premises in Letchworth for my first ever tattoo - her talent for design and doing the tattoo itself were incredible. I couldn't be happier with the result and have no hesitation in recommending her. My tattoo is perfect, the whole experience was a joy and everyone asks where I had it done....hopefully this gives Jade lots more customers.

I’ve been seeing Clare for years now and I’ve never had a complaint. She goes above and beyond to fit you in for those special occasions, moves things to help people and obviously gives you lashes like no other! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

The deep facial was an excellent experience from start to finish. Amaan was very patient, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable, which made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Her gentle approach and confidence reassured me that I was in good hands. I felt deeply relaxed during the facial, and by the end, my skin felt incredibly fresh, clean, and revitalised. It was both a calming and refreshing experience that I would highly recommend.
