Thank you so much for my gorgeous lashes! I’m honestly so in love, they haven’t irritated me once and literally feel like wearing feathers so light and fluffy 🩷 I woke up today feeling so fab… they brush so nicely and there are absolutely no gaps at all! On top of that, the whole experience was amazing! You were so professional, gentle and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. You’ve genuinely made my lash experience 100% better and I couldn’t be happier. Can’t wait for my infill xx

A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Very pleased with my eyelashes, natural lashes very short so not easy !

Had eyelash extensions for first time. Was a bit nervous but Olivia was reassuring and everything went well and they look great. Also had a pedicure and gels so holiday ready. Thanks Liv

Fabulous team! Really professional and always a lovely atmosphere. This time change of lashes to finer ones so feel a little more comfortable and natural which are perfect would recommend.

I have several treatments with Indulgence. Today I had a full body massage. It was so relaxing and you just know it’s doing you good. Looking forward to the next one.

I received a comfortable and sting free lash lift and tint - no smears of tint left around my eyes, lashes lifted to my preference too! Thank you.
