I had the most amazing luxury facial – especially the ice globes. They were honestly the best part. The coolness felt so refreshing and calming on my skin, like a mini massage that melted all the tension away. My face felt instantly tighter, brighter, and so soothed. I didn’t expect to love that part as much as I did, but now I want ice globes at home! The whole experience felt really special and left me glowing. Thank you Joy xx

Sylvie made me feel so comfortable, I'm quite socially awkward at times but our conversations just flowed and felt very natural yet professional!
