Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

My first ever fillers today. Excellent treatment from the lovely Molly. She was so kind and professional and explained the process every step of the way putting me at ease. Full of knowledge and the client really is her number one priority. The immediate result is amazing and I can't wait for any swelling to subside to see the full effect. I can truly recommend, so much so I am going back in a month for eye treatment. 10/10

2 trips to see Jo this week had the most wonderful pedicure it’s better than going to the foot doctor my feet are much better and get the added bonus of painted nails. Back again today for a new set of builder and pretty pink varnish. Thanks Jo always a lovely relax and amazing service 😊

Sue did an excellent job on my eyelashes. I had a hybrid individual lash combo with fans. They look really natural and I have had lots of positive feedback. I am writing this feedback a week later after they were put on and the lashes look as good as the day they were put in. So also value for money.

Nahid, you never fail to amaze me. No wonder you are always booked up but you always go the extra mile to fit us all in. Always busy, always putting your clients first. My lash lift was 10/10. I know how difficult it is to get super straight lashes to lift but you did an amazing job. So thank you for making me feel like a lady again, still going to you after 3/4 years. I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. Best treatment I've had so far with great prices & great services related to Waxing, Facials, Tinting, Threading, Massage, Makeup, Lashes, Hollywood Wax, Manicure, and Pedicure. recommended 10/10

Booked in for a neck and shoulder massage, lash lift and tint. It was my first time visiting J'adore and I can definitely say I will be back. Kuljits massage was amazing one of the best I have had to date, and I have had a few, I will definitely be rebooking for the full body as my next treat. Well done ladies keep up the good work :)

It was my first time having a Hollywood Wax and I also had full body waxing and Shaf was very patient and caring with me. It was very quick and efficient and Shaf made me comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I will definitely use her services again!
