⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Lauren enough. She is genuinely so lovely and instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Her space is beautiful, calm and welcoming, which makes every visit such a nice experience. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I get my eyelashes done regularly and they are always perfect, but the microneedling has made the biggest difference to my skin — I’ve seen a huge improvement. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for amazing results and someone you can fully trust. 🌟

After having lip filler elsewhere and in time not being happy with results reached out to mollie whom booked me a consultation from this moment knew mollie was the right choice we discussed a treatment plan ,time line guide lines etc even down to skin care , then got me booked in for lip dissolve and refil ,, best decision I made after initially walking in not knowing or recognising myself in the mirror , left feeling beautiful in my skin again most gorgeous set of lips and a skin booster ,, amazing work , in love , micro needling next thanks mollie xx

I've been coming to Voie for lash infills every couple of weeks for about a year. Ellie did them this time and did an amazing job. She's the brow tattooist, so I'm going back to get mine done by Ellie—hers looked fab, and she did them herself!

Becky was amazing from start to finish during my wedding prep appointments which were nearly a full day of a job! I feel like a new woman and had such a relaxing time filled with great chat and a super friendly atmosphere. Pedicure, manicure, waxing, dermaplaning, lashes and brows…all absolutely perfect. It was even my first experience of waxing and Becky made me feel so at ease! Thank you SO much! Beyond pleased I came here for my bridal appointments!!

Had my first ever lash lift & tint with Toni and it look amazing, I don’t need to wear mascara but when I do they are even better ! 100% recommend especially if you are unsure about lash extensions. Also had gel nails on both my hands and feet which usually last me up to 4+ weeks. I absolutely love the new colour choices as well perfect for spring !!!

This was a lovely professional calming experience who knew you could be so relaxed, when getting a lash lift, it was lovely and worth the money I pay iam happy with the results and thats why I use the butterfly rooms, Victoria is very good at what she does and I would advise anyone to get a lash lift if they cant wear eyelash extensions for whatever reason. It doesnt pull out your lashes either.however the chemicals that are used ate very strong and do the job.

Excellent as always .. opted for the new Korean lash lift this time and WOW .. they popped and are continuing to pop. Perfect for a day to day perfect look and perfection with a little mascara for the glam look. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Beth always makes you feel like you’re having a catch up with a friend and makes you super cosy with the warming blankets. :) which ever treatment choices you need I’d always recommend Beth :)

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area. Had a lovely experience with Mollie today. I’d booked to have 1.1 ml of lip filler, but Mollie said if I didn’t need it when she got going, she’d only put 0.5 in. I ended up having the full amount, but it shows how professional she is and if she doesn’t think you need something, she’ll say so. Lovely super friendly, professional Salon. Well worth a visit.
