Erica is AMAZING and what she does! Booked in for a full set of volume lashes and a brow lamination maintenance. She is always so kind and makes me feel so comfortable since I’ve started coming to her at the beginning of this year! Very accommodating and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Highly recommend 💕✨

I came in to have a full set of classic lashes done, Sue talked me through what would work best for me as my lashes were extremely thin and damaged. I walked out feeling reassured and with lovely lashes !!

Really happy with my visit to Swans today. Lashes look fab. Hollie suggested a mixture of wetlook & classic lashes and the result was perfect, just the look I wanted. I feel l have designer lashes. Hollie you’re the best!

Megan was friendly & professional & she done a fantastic job on my sparse fragile lashes after thoroughly consulting me on her advice & guiding me to make the right choices due to my lash condition. The venue is clean,welcoming & an enjoying experience on the whole. Look forward to returning!

Always perfect. Erica always gives the most amazing service, she is so friendly and knowledgable. The lashes are always *beautiful* and she always makes you feel so welcome and comfortable throughout. The room is lovely clean, cosy and relaxing. I will only let Erica do my eyelashes from now on. Im notoriously bad at keeping my eyes still and having people touch around my eyes and Erica is so patient and kind with me. 100/10 *

Sam came highly recommended and she definitely lived up to reputation! So lovely, friendly and professional! Started the glow sessions on Tuesday and I’ve woken up today and that glow has really set in! Very happy, thanks Sam! See you in March ✨

Billy is SO good at what she does and has always made so comfortable and confident! My lashes always last so well and she’s the most accommodating girly!! Will always always go back! Deserves more than 5 stars!

Really good. Paige was lovely and chatty and was really helpful on advising me on the different lengths and thickness of the lashes available as I haven't had extensions often. Very happy with my lashes
