Absolutely love coming to Ky for my lash extensions. I’ve been back several times and every appointment has been consistently amazing. Ky is absolutely lovely and gets my lashes exactly how I want it every time. The space is clean, calm and I always feel comfortable and safe. Lash retention is the best I’ve ever had and they last so well between appointments. Highly recommend for anyone who values quality pampering and consistency in lash services.

Really nice very happy with my eyelashes extension and eyebrows threading service. Rabia is really nice and friendly made me feel very comfortable was very attentive and did a fabulous job as well.

Absolutely brilliant.......had my brows and lashes tinted...very happy with the outcome, Eilis is so professional , knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been many times to have my eyelash extensions by Cara, she is fantastic. My eyelashes always look fabulous. I would definitely recommend this salon and Cara Marion Thompson

Kyana’s salon is always super clean and well presented, I never have to wait around for my appointment and she is so lovely and easy to talk too. My lashes last the longest here in appose to anywhere else I’ve been, I have a lot of lashes and previously lash tech’s have made my eyes feel heavy and crowded but she taylors each set to my eye, she really knows what she’s doing and I always get complements on my lashes. I cannot recommend her or her salon enough!

Alia is the best lash tech in Birmingham, she’s such a bubbly, lovely person and her lashes are to die for ps I will be going to her till I die x

I love this salon. The girls are friendly and professional. Pari did a beautiful manicure & shellac for me. 💅 She made a new nail to fix a broken one. I didnt know you could do that! Their prices are very reasonable too. When I first went it was with the intention of just getting a weekly wash & blow dry. Now I also get my nails done. My eyebrows & eyelashes tinted and my roots done. I've been really happy with each service I've tried. The girls aren't pushy about products or services they gently suggest something but don't push. I feel comfortable & relaxed there. I highly recommend. 😊

It was my first time getting lash extensions and Kyana was super knowledgeable, put me at ease, and chatted away to me during the whole appointment. It was a relaxing experience overall, and I left with amazing new lashes!!

Shona is an absolutely insane nail tech. Her attention to detail and attitude to work is something that is very hard to find when it comes to getting nails done. There has never been a set of nails where I have felt as though there not what I wanted. I leave the salon happy and staring at my nails all day long excited to come back. She is such a kind approachable warm soul which makes the experience even better than it already is. I get so excited when receiving compliments on my nails and am so excited to help promote her work. So glad I found Shona 🫶🏾🫶🏾
